Consider using the Family And Community Services books, DVDs, videos, and audio cassette resources for our foster families, KinCare families, IDHW employees, and community partners.  We encourage you to browse through our collection by clicking on the icons at the bottom of this web page.

 

How do I check out material?

1. Send an email to careline@dhw.idaho.gov.
2. In the Subject line, add FACS Resource Library Request.
3. In the body of the message, please include:
   1. Your Name and Member Number (for example: John Smith – 900000 # # # #)
   2. Your current phone number(s). We will contact you at this number if we have any questions and will update your member file with the new phone number.
   3. Your current mailing address. Your items will be mailed to this address and your member file will be updated with the new address.
   4. The Item, Call # and Title (for example: Audio CD, HQ799.15 .C55, Parenting Teens with Love & Logic)

Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping.

 

How do I get a member number?
You must be a IDHW employee, agency partner, KinCare or foster family in the State of Idaho. If you are and you want to use our FACS library resources, e-mail your request to Careline@dhw.Idaho.Gov along with the following information:

1. Name
2. Complete Mailing Address
3. Home and Work Telephone Numbers
4. E-mail Address
5. State your eligibility:    1. Foster family    2. IDHW employee    3. KinCare family    4. agency partner

We will process your request and respond as soon as possible.
