List Your Resource in the 2-1-1 Community Resource Database
The mission of the 2-1-1 Idaho CareLine is to promote self reliance by assisting people in reaching critical community and public resources. Our intent is to provide a comprehensive, statewide listing of health and human service organizations. 
Idaho is a rural and sparsely populated state and in some areas may have few service options available.
Who can be listed?
The resource file database will include individuals, businesses, agencies, services, and organizations, both non-profit and proprietary, both private, religious and government agencies. The programs should relate to social, educational or health and human service issues and meet the following key criteria:
• free, low cost, or sliding-fee scale
• offered to the entire community (not just their own members)
• volunteer groups who provide volunteer services to the community
Who is not listed?
There are numerous providers who provide a valuable resource to the communities that are not included in the database (such as Nursing Homes, Home Health Care Agencies, Child Care Providers, PSR Providers, etc.). Listings of such agencies are available through a licensing/certification agency.To avoid duplication of effort, the policy of 2-1-1 Idaho CareLine is to direct users to the licensing/certification agency.
READY TO BE LISTED?
| 1. | The first step is to confirm you are not already listed in the resource database. You can search for your resource by clicking 'Get Help' from the left side menu. If you find your program, open the listing. At the bottom of the listing, select 'Update Information', then make your changes. New listings should appear within (10) business days. You will receive notification when the review and uploading process is completed. If you have an questions or issues updating your resource, please call us by dialing 2-1-1 or 1-800-926-2588. |
| 2. | If you are not in our database, you will need to review our Inclusion / Exclusion Policy and confirm that your program meets our scope of services. |
| 3. | If your program qualifies, you can complete the submit your FORM to 2-1-1 via mail, fax, e-mail, or call us and we can add you. Contact Information. |
