The 2-1-1 Idaho CareLine is a program of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. It is a free statewide community Information and Referral service. 2-1-1 Services are available in virtually anywhere you are in the United Stated of America. Simply dial 2-1-1 and you can be connected to an Information and Referral specialist that can connect you to Health and Human Services available in your community.

In Idaho, 2-1-1 is also used a central contact point for health campaigns in support of our Idaho Department of Health and Welfare agencies so that the people of Idaho can easily be connected to resources and information offered by the State of Idaho.
